Booking and Cancellation

  • Bookings must be made through our official channels.

  • A deposit is required to secure a booking, with the balance due 14 days before the event.

  • Cancellations must be made at least 30 days before the event for a full/partial refund.

  • Rescheduling is subject to availability and must be requested 14 days before the event.

Use of Venue

  • The client agrees to abide by all venue policies, including capacity limits, decoration guidelines, and prohibited items.

  • The venue must be left in the same condition as it was provided.

Liability

  • We are not liable for any personal property that is lost, stolen, or damaged during the use of our venue.

  • The client is responsible for any damages to the venue caused by guests or vendors.

Force Majeure

 

In the event of circumstances beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters, pandemics), we reserve the right to cancel bookings without liability.

Changes to Terms and Conditions

 

We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Continued use of our services following any changes indicates your acceptance of the new terms.

Governing Law

 

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Jacksonville, FL and any disputes will be resolved in the local courts.
